Resolution in Honor of Duane Vincent Belton
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. — 2 Timothy 4:7
WHEREAS, Almighty God, in His infinite wisdom, has called from labor to eternal rest His faithful servant, Duane Vincent Belton, who departed this life on March 24, 2026, at the age of 61; and
WHEREAS, Belton lived a life marked by faith, dignity, and devotion, exemplifying the spirit of servanthood and commitment to God, family, and community; and
WHEREAS, He was a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished family member, whose presence brought strength, love, and unity to all who knew him; and
WHEREAS, His life reflected compassion, integrity, and unwavering faith, serving as an inspiration and encouragement to many; and
WHEREAS, Though he has departed from our presence, his legacy of faith, love, and service shall forever remain in the hearts of those who were blessed to know him;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Presiding Bishop, officers, and members of Holy Mount Ministries International (HMMI), pause to honor and celebrate the life and legacy of Duane Vincent Belton, giving thanks to God for the gift of his life and witness.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That we extend our deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers to the Belton family, asking God to comfort, strengthen, and sustain them during this time of bereavement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be presented to the family and preserved in the archives of HMMI as a lasting tribute of love, honor, and remembrance.
