Ruben P. Condado's Obituary
Ruben P. Condado, born December 22, 1934, in Paso de Hidalgo, Veracruz, passed away peacefully at home on May 13, 2025, surrounded by family. Raised in a humble, faith-filled home, his spiritual journey began in 1940 when his parents joined the Seventh-day Adventist Churchโan influence that shaped his life.
Ruben pursued education with determination, eventually attending COVOPROM in Montemorelos. Known for his strong work ethic, he mastered carpentry, farming, and Formica work. In 1963, he immigrated to Houston, where he met and married Maria Luisa Bonhrt. Together, they built a loving home and raised five children: Carlos, Victoria, Ruben B., Jonatan, and David.
A man of quiet strength and deep faith, Ruben was rebaptized in the Jordan River in 2001, a moment that deeply symbolized his spiritual devotion. He is survived by his beloved wife, children, 13 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and several siblings.
Ruben's legacy is one of faith, hard work, and loveโhis life a testament to humble service and unwavering commitment to family and God.
