Maria Teresa Guardiola's Obituary
Maria Teresa Guardiola, born May 10th,1945.
Maria went to be with the Lord Tuesday, January 7th, 2025, at the age of 79.
Maria was born in Mission, Texas. She later moved to Houston, then travelled to live in California and Chicago in the 60’s-70’s. She made her final home back to Houston, where she lived for 48 years. She built a successful business for herself 46 years ago, as a certified Notary Public for the State of Texas. She enjoyed spending most of her time with family, friends, and her customers. She had a love for thrifting/garage sales, plants, birds, & home design.
She is proceeded in death by her Mother Maria Soledad Leija & Father Teodoro Guardiola, brothers Junior Guardiola, Joe Guardiola, Teodoro (Frito) Guardiola, sisters Rosie Guardiola & Elia Ordaz.
Left to cherish Maria’s memory are her children Teresa Liceaga, Rudy Ordaz, Elvira Mendez, Roy Ordaz, Angelica Diaz, Rosie Oliver, Benny Reyes, Michelle Limon, & their spouses. She had 22 grand children & 21 great grand children. Brothers Roy & Richard Guardiola, Marco & Gustavo Ordaz. Sisters Gracie & Amanda Guardiola, Lorena Ordaz.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Her life is celebrated January 14th, 2 to 8pm.
