Marcos Magdaleno Romero Hernandez was born on May 25,1960, in La Luz de Juarez, Guerrero, Mexico, to his parents Fausto Romero and Cupertina Hernandez. From the very beginning, his life was shaped by courage, movement, and determination. At a very young age, Marcos migrated to the United States with his uncles, beginning a journey that would define the rest of his life.
In 1981, Marcos married Maria Guadalupe Ortega Castelan, and together they built a family of four unique and unforgettable children—children he remained deeply proud of throughout his life.
A hardworking man with a hustle and a jack-of-all-trades. His work ethic and charisma made others gravitate towards him which helped him create friendship everywhere he went.
Over the years, Marcos moved often and met countless people along the way. A social butterfly with a warm, magnetic personality, he had a natural talent for turning strangers into friends. His friendliness, humor, and willingness to help made him unforgettable to all who crossed his path.
He eventually returned to Houston to reunite with his children, rebuilding relationships, sharing laughter, and embracing the second chance he was blessed to have. Those years together were filled with joy, growth, and memories they will forever cherish.
Marcos was a proud grandfather who loved his grandchildren with all his heart.
He faced his final chapter with the same spirit that carried him through his life.
Marcos lived a good life- imperfect, heartfelt, complicated, and full of love.
He leaves behind his children, four grandchildren and his wife.

Marcos Magdaleno Romero Hernández nació el 25 de mayo de 1960 en La Luz de Juárez, Guerrero, México, hijo de Fausto Romero y Cupertina Hernández. A una edad muy temprana, Marcos emigró a los Estados Unidos con sus tíos, comenzando un camino que definiría el resto de su vida.
