Joe Louis Rey was born on March 28, 1947, in Kersey, Colorado, and lived a life defined by dedication to family, hard work, and unwavering strength. He will be remembered as a strong-willed and independent man, a devoted Father and protector, and someone who worked tirelessly for those he loved.
He is survived by his beloved wife, children, and grandchildren, who were the pride of his life. He is reunited in heaven with Hipolita Hernandez, Francisco Rey, and Robert Rey.
Services will be held on February 6, 2026, at Hernandez Funeral Home in Houston, Texas. The family thanks everyone for their prayers, love, and support during this difficult time.
