Gidget Gean Eichhorn, beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on May 4, 2025, in Houston, Texas, at the age of sixty-one. Born on February 7, 1964, in Colorado, Gidget lived a life defined by fierce resilience, a big heart, and an enduring love for laughter and celebration.
She was courageous and determined, meeting life’s challenges with grit and unwavering strength. With a strong sense of independence, Gidget was never afraid to live life on her own terms. She was always on the move, rarely staying in one place for long, and choosing instead to follow her own path. Fun-loving and full of energy, Gidget was the life of the party—always ready to dance, laugh, and bring people together. Even through challenging times, her strength and spark never faded.
She is survived by her children, Jamie Ramm, Allexzander Greer, Anastasia Barr, and Justin Sustaita, as well as her beloved cats, Panther, Salem, and Lovey. She also leaves behind a wide circle of family and friends who will miss her dearly.
A funeral service will be held to honor Gidget’s life on June 20, 2025, in Blue Grass, Iowa. All who knew and loved her are welcome to attend and celebrate the vibrant life of a woman who loved deeply, lived boldly, and left a lasting mark on every heart she touched.
Her memory lives on in those who knew her best - and partied with her often.
