Eunice Lima Cabrera's Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Eunice Lima Cabrera, age 48, on May 4, 2025. Beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Eunice was strong, thoughtful, kind, and will be greatly missed.
Eunice Lima Cabrera was born on April 29, 1977. She was a devoted mother, a tireless worker, and a kind soul who left this world far too soon. With courage in her heart and hope for a better future, Eunice came to the United States to build a new life for herself and her children. Every long day of work and every sacrifice she made was driven by her deep and unwavering love for her kids. She raised them with strength, compassion, and grace, always teaching them to be kind and caring, no matter what life brought their way. Eunice Eunice was a quiet fighter, someone who faced life’s challenges with remarkable strength. Earlier this year, she was diagnosed with breast cancer, a battle she faced bravely. Through determination and faith, she had the cancer successfully removed and had just completed her final round of radiation treatment on May 2, 2025. Her strength through it all was a true reflection of who she was. Though her time with us was far too short, Eunice’s love, wisdom, and the example she set will live on in the hearts of her children and all who knew her. Her selfless spirit, gentle nature, and warm heart will never be forgotten. The lessons she taught will continue to guide her children and those whose lives she touched. We will miss her more than words can say.
Eunice is survived by her sons and daughter: Malkin Henriquez, Kenneth Lima, and Angel Lima and by her four beloved grandchildren: Vinicio Kenneth Lima-Peña, Raúl Steven Henriquez Cabrera, Aylin Samarah Godoy Henriquez, and Kaiden Nathaniel Lima. She also leaves behind her extended family and many dear friends. Eunice was preceded in death by her parents.
A viewing will be held in Houston, Texas, at 2 p.m. on May 23, 2025. A second viewing will take place in Honduras on May 26, 2025, followed by her burial on May 27, 2025, where Eunice will be laid to rest at her final resting place.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Rest well, Eunice
