I feel very blessed to have known Amanda for so many years. From her early years at Osborne Elementary and during her time at Washington High school, Amanda’s joyful personality and radiant smile was genuine and uplifting to all. I admired her courage and strength to live her life to the fullest. I am grateful for the many memories that I will have to cherish.

I could never imagined the day that this would come. It hardens my heart that you are no longer with me. We have shared hundreds of great memories together over the last ten years. At the age of eight,!God sent you to me and I promised that I would take good care of you. My title quickly went from Nurse Johnson to Mama Johnson and I embraced every moment. Boy did I have you spoiled! Lol! From the bowls of gumbo to letting you steal FaceTime moments with Mr. Johnson. I love you dearly and a big piece of my heart is gone, but I know you are at peace and we will meet again. Thank you for the last kiss you gave me. I didn’t know that was your goodbye. Celia, thank you for entrusting me with her care. To you, job well done. I give to you my everlasting love.
